We had a nice turnout Saturday for the blues workshop. Thanks to all that came and stayed for the jam session!
I realized later that one afternoon was simply not enough to do justice to all that can be covered on a style like the blues (i.e. rhythm, soloing, forms, etc). So, I think I may look into putting together a longer workshop that lasts several weeks where we can focus on a single aspect for a couple of hours each session. That way, during the last session, we're all on the same page when we start the jam session.
Let me know what you think about this, what would you like to see, what would you like to spend more time on, etc. I'll look to have something together for us by January.
