Well, I'm back at the studio after 3 days off.

Edgefest was a blast. I got a Sevendust pick from the bass player.

With that said, I'm starting to think I'm getting too old for 10+ hour concerts. Besides the sore ribs from getting smacked pretty good during Sevendust, 10 hours of standing/walking/rocking took it's toll on my back by the time Godsmack hit the stage. Maybe next year, I'll bring a blanket and sit on the hill

So, today, i'll be teaching very gingerly LOL
