I did nothing today toward my weekly goals ... and I feel good about it! LOL

I fell in love with a song last night, "The most beautiful girl in the room" by the Conchords. I'm telling you, it hit me just right. I've been playing that song all day!!!

It's a cool progression ... F#m / C#m / Bm / Dmaj7 C#m with a nice little hammer run down the E string through A major. Sweet.

So, in the end, while I did nothing toward my weekly goals today, I still improved as a player because I learned the basic structure and melody run to a new tune. So, one could say that I worked my ear, my theory knowledge, technique and maybe a little soloing (see jam session entry). And one could also say "Goodnight" because it is late and I want to go home and get some ZZZZZZZZZZZ's
