I'm finding, more and more often, that in the rush to type up a great idea for a blog entry in the few minutes I have between lessons, I often mistype words that spell checker overlooks.

(it is almost always with my teen students - have you ever tried to finish a blog, spell check it and submit it while someone is playing Ironman, "somewhat" correctly, playing it at insane volumes all while saying "is the amp supposed to smoke like this???)

So, let me be the first to say that we need to demand that Bill Gates, and the powers that be at Microsoft, develop a spell checker that understands what we "meant" to type and not what we "actually" typed.

Yes, spell checker, you should know what I mean.
