Sweet Child o' Mine

Had some new guys come out tonight and thanks to Stan from Guitar Center for holding down the beats.

Jam sessions are weekly, so I'll see everyone next Thursday at 8:30 p.m.

Jason, It would help those of us who couldn't make this one (or any particular jam) if you can post the chord progression for new songs--in this case, Sweet Child and My Guitar. Thanks!

    Here it is...

    Sweet Child o Mine
    D/D/Cadd9/Cadd9/G/G/D/D Dsus
    solo - E minor pentatonic

My guitar wants to kill your mama
    F#5 E5/F#5 E5/F#5 E5/B5 C#5
solo - F# aeolian (natural minor) or F# pentatonic

Tush - Just a blues in G with a healthy dose of Texas attitude. solo w/G minor pentatonic.

We also did a jazz vamp vi ii V I in C major (Am/Dm7/G7/Cmaj7) using C major for solo.

There was the standard 2 chord funk jam (Bm7/E9)

    A blues in A

    A jam over G/F/C/C.
