Free Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Screenings on Saturday, Aug. 8

The UAMS Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation will offer free Carpal Tunnel Syndrome screenings from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, on the 2nd floor of the Stephens Spine Institute.


Common symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome include:

  • Burning, tingling, or numbness in your fingers or the palm of your hand
  • Waking up in the middle of the night and feeling like you need to  shake out  your hand or wrist

If you think that you may be suffering from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and would like to have a free screening, please call 221-1311 for an appointment.
