Here is a mid tempo rock tune in E suggested by our senior instructor, Brian Goins. Brian said this was a regular tune played at our jam sessions.
Work your solo ideas using E minor Pentatonic and E Aeolian. Also, if you practice the rhythm guitar part, push the C and D chords on the "and" of beat two over the first 8 bars. Play the next 8 bars straight, no push.
Enjoy!

O wow! This is such a good idea. A great way to practice improvisation when you don't have band around! And who doesn't like jamming out to e-minor pentatonic. Break out the Black Sabbath!

I have tried it and it's not that difficult to follow. For beginners like me, this is a great help.
